GrowthMapper helps discover businesses and industries using Google Maps data, provides search, enrichment, and related tools. Features may change, and we may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid plans are billed via Stripe according to the displayed pricing.
• Charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may modify pricing with notice; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the service, attempt to circumvent limits, or interfere with operations.
• Do not engage in scraping or automated access beyond provided features.
• Comply with all applicable laws and third-party terms.

Data and Privacy

Use of the service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information, and how authentication with Google Sign-In is handled.

Intellectual Property

The service, content, and materials are owned by GrowthMapper or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service as provided. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or the accuracy of results or third-party data.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrowthMapper and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GrowthMapper from claims arising out of your use of the service or violation of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these terms or to protect the service. You may stop using the service at any time; certain provisions survive termination.
